WHAT IS THE RING DINGER®?
The Ring Dinger® technique involves manual spinal decompression, which is achieved by using a specialized chiropractic table and applying a specific force to remove spinal misalignment along the Y-axis of the body.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
The Ring Dinger® is a comprehensive and effective way to decompress the spine. It typically provides lasting relief to people suffering from bulged or herniated discs, vertebral subluxations, neck/back pain, and patients who have acute or chronic pain such as sciatic pain from spinal dysfunction.

Ring Dinger® Frequently Asked Questions
|
HOW MANY RING DINGER® ADJUSTMENTS WILL I NEED?
Every body responds differently to the Ring Dinger® adjustment, however most clients typically experience significant improvement in the first visit. If this is the right treatment for you, you may see results that quickly! Full treatment plans typically include 1-3 visits over a 1- 6 month period. |
HOW IS THE RING DINGER® DIFFERENT FROM A STANDARD CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT?
Standard chiropractic adjustments allow the chiropractor to move the vertebrae from front to back (z-axis), address the position side to side (x-axis) and remove rotational changes from the vertebrae’s position. The Ring Dinger® is one of the only and most effective adjusting techniques that decompress the spine (y-axis). |
|
IS THE RING DINGER® SAFE?
Yes, in fact due to the nature of the adjustment and not having a rotational component, the Ring Dinger® is very safe. |
IS THE RING DINGER® COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
Unfortunately the Ring Dinger® is not covered by insurance. |
|
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER MY RING DINGER®?
Many patients feel the positive effects of the Ring Dinger® immediately following their very first adjustment and oftentimes have a great night’s sleep. Some patients feel soreness for the first few days after their initial treatments and this can be related to the body’s response to breaking up the scar tissue along the spine and the muscles responding to a change in available healthy movement patterns. Many patients report feeling the effects of the Ring Dinger® weeks after treatment. |
WHY DOES THE RING DINGER® WORK SO WELL?
The Ring Dinger® effectively addresses scar tissue that lays along the spine that has built up over years of trauma and the compressive force of gravity. When scar tissue is remodeled, the proper biomechanics of the spine are restored, which reduces inflammation and the occurrence of pain. |
